Although its likely, that some file extensions may be missing from the list of associated file extensions with the application, yet they can be opened, be part of, or otherwise be associated with the program. However most, if not all directly associated file extensions should be listed with its appropriate program. However, there is usually one or two vendors that don't offer that and I have to issue a check. I only use one or two payments a month, since I pay all of my bills with automatic deductions from either my checking account or my credit card. However, I can't seem to find out how to do that.
